12-Month Warranty only for Quality-Related Issues
Warranty excludes
A: damage caused by misuse ther faulty parts.(including static discharge)
B: improper installation
C: damaged by yourself
D: purchase the product by mistake
E: neglect, accident or modification, which have been soldered or altered during assembly
Requests within US purchase
We will take care of all quality-related issues with a REPLACEMENT or FULL REFUND including any return shipping costs.
Please note: Any provided shipping labels must be used within 15 days of purchase.
Requests from international purchase
We will take care of all quality-related issues with a FULL REFUND or REPLACEMENT. International shipping costs must be covered by the customer. If the item cannot be returned then we will offer a 50% REFUND.
